All faces purchased on Facer are tied to the Google Play account you used to install the app. If you are resetting your phone, or changing phone altogether, make sure that you use the same Google Play account you did when you made your purchases previously. If your faces do not show up, please make sure to try the following:
- Uninstall Facer from your phone
- Go to Google Play and confirm you are logged in with the same Google Play account you did when you made your previous purchases
- Re-install Facer from Google Play
- Go to your watchbox in the Facer app, and then in the "Purchases" tab. All your purchases should be there.
