Samsung has officially ended support for its Tizen-based smartwatches and the Galaxy Store for Tizen. As a result, Facer — along with all other third-party apps — is no longer available for download on Tizen devices.
What This Means for Facer Users
Because Samsung no longer supports Tizen watches or the Tizen Galaxy App Store:

The Facer app cannot be downloaded or installed on Tizen devices.

Facer cannot update or provide technical support for the Tizen version of the app.

New watch faces, features, and fixes are no longer available for Tizen watches.
- Existing faces and features should continue to work on existing installations.
Note that if you already have Facer installed on your watch, existing faces and features should however continue to work.
What you can do
✔️ If You Previously Installed Facer on Your Tizen Watch
You may still be able to re-install Facer if it was previously purchased or downloaded on your Samsung account before the store closed.

Facer continues to be fully supported on:
- Wear OS (including Wear OS 3, 4 and Wear OS 6)
- Apple Watch
- Select RTOS and embedded smartwatches
- Upcoming new smartwatch platforms launching soon
For the best experience, including access to the full Facer catalog and newest features, we recommend using one of these Facer-compatible devices.
